Threading

UNF1/4-28を切ります。親ねじがメートルねじなので、ハーフナットかけ外し不可。しかし、ついついいつもの癖で、ハーフナット外しちゃうんだよなぁ・・・。

UNF1/4-28 screw cutting as a trial. The master screw of my lathe is metric screw thread. So the half nut can't be uncoupled until finishing. The lathe carriage has to go back with making the motor reverse.

 完成。

僕の旋盤でインチねじ切れないって言ってた方、

切れますよ～ぉ（笑）

Done.

相手側の寸法に合わせて切り込み量も変えれるし

まっすぐ切れるから 個人的にはダイスよりやりやすいかなぁ。

It may be easier for me to cut the thread by lathe after all.
