スプラングハブ用のボルトを更に作りました。穴が大きくなりすぎていたので圧入できるように外径を太らせてつくりました。個人的事情によりUNF1/4-28PTIです。もうしわけありません。旋盤でねじ切りしたので、何回パスを繰り返したのでしょうか。２８山なので、目が悪くなりそうです。
Made 10 bolts for sprung hub MkII. The holes in the hub were getting bigger than original. I decided to make the bolts with bigger O.D. to press into the hub. Due to personal reason, the thread is UNF1/4-28PTI. I cut the thread by my lathe. Wondering how many times I cut the threads. I think cutting threads makes my eye go bad.

穴はリーマーで整えてから装着してみました。
ゆるすぎず、きつすぎず、良い感じです。

fix up the inside wall of the holes before fitting the bolts.
